This document contains the general terms of use (hereinafter 'Terms') for using the Qantirox platform. It sets out the rights and obligations between you as a user and the operator of the platform. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or carrying out transactions. They form the legal basis for all use and are binding.
By registering, logging in, using platform features or carrying out any activity on Qantirox, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation. The Qantirox platform is intended exclusively for adults with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old. Minors or persons without full legal capacity are not permitted to use the platform. We reserve the right to block or delete an account if there is a suspicion that this age requirement has been violated.
The platform may be subject to technical interruptions, maintenance work, updates or outages – in particular due to market volatility, server load or external factors. We strive to ensure the highest possible availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, algorithms, fee structures or available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be modified, expanded, restricted or discontinued at any time without giving rise to claims against Qantirox.
All content on the platform – including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark law and/or other intellectual property rights and is the property of Qantirox or our licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal consequences.
As a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all data you provide (for example identity, address, payment information). Incorrect or misleading details may lead to account suspension, refusal of payouts or legal consequences. Your personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy and the requirements of the GDPR. We apply the highest standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Qantirox – whether manually or through automated AI algorithms – are made solely at your own responsibility and risk. Qantirox provides a technical platform only and does not offer investment advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) involve significant risks, including the possible total loss of your invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time – in particular as a result of legal changes, technical developments or market requirements. Changes will be communicated to you in good time (at least 14 days in advance) by e-mail, platform notification or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into force constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. In the event of material changes, you have the right to close your account.
